I am at a loss for words for how bad the market has become and yet simply stunned as to why more Realtors are not using online marketing as part of their standard offering. Think about this: YouTube, Yahoo Video, and Google Video are among the most visited sites on the entire Internet. Would it not be beneficial to have your video virtual tours uploaded to those sites? If that is where most consumers are spending their time, shouldn't that be where you should be showcasing your listings?
